General Info

General guidelines include terms between you and Remoterise, with agreements subject to updates, electronic records provision, non-transferable obligations, and non-binding textual clarifications.
  • General guidelines include any additional terms of the agreement between you and Remoterise.
  • The User Agreement along with other Terms & Conditions is the only agreement between you and Remoterise.
  • We may change these terms at any time we deem necessary. We will notify you in advance of any substantial changes. If you continue to use the Remoterise platform after the terms have been changed, you have agreed to the updated terms.
  • In case we do not act in response to a breach of the user agreement, that does not waive our right to act concerning other similar breaches. We may take action for breach of agreement but we do not guarantee that we will take action in response to all cases of our agreement violation.
  • You cannot transfer or assign any obligations that are binding upon you under this agreement to another company or organization unless you notify us in advance.
  • If you need certain business records from Remoterise, you agree that Remoterise may provide electronic records rather than paper ones.
  • Any form of textual content included within our Terms & Conditions, agreement, etc., are there to make it easier for you to understand our Terms & Conditions. These terms are not legally binding for us in any way.
